Service Description
A workshop to discover the slightly more acrobatic poses of aerial yoga in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Over the course of this hour, we’ll work our way towards 1–2 key poses or a sequence inspired by aerial dance. It’s a chance to play with gravity, move in new ways and surprise yourself… with confidence! Good to know - If possible, please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts. - The building’s entrance door is always locked. Please ring the doorbell to enter.

Cancellation Policy
VALIDITY / CANCELLATION Single entry valid on the selected date. Season ticket valid for 12 weeks. If you are unable to attend, please cancel or notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the service. Entry/Pass is non-transferable. NEW CUSTOMER If this is your first class, you agree to complete and sign the ‘New Client Form’. You can find it on the ‘Resources’ page of this website or at the venue when you attend your in-person class.
